Justin Kohrs

Justin is a graduate of Northern Kentucky University, where he earned his bachelor’s degree in Organizational Leadership, and later received his MBA from Grand Canyon University. Before joining Southwest Sales, he spent over a decade in progressive sales leadership roles within the building products and renewable energy industries, leading high-performing teams and developing strong distribution partnerships across diverse markets. Known for his strategic mindset and hands-on, situational leadership style, Justin finds the most fulfillment in helping his team succeed and building lasting relationships with customers and channel partners.
