Regan joined Southwest Sales in 2015, bringing five years of experience in the heavy construction equipment industry in Houston’s southwest region. A 2010 graduate of Hardin-Simmons University in Abilene, Texas, Regan was honored as a 2023 inductee into the university’s Athletics Hall of Fame.
Starting as a Commercial Project Manager, Regan quickly demonstrated his leadership and problem-solving skills. He advanced to Territory Manager before being promoted to Area Director in 2021, where he has successfully led the North Texas Territory Manager team. Known for his ability to learn rapidly and navigate complex challenges, Regan has been a vital asset to Southwest Sales for over a decade. In 2025, he was named Principal of the North Texas and Oklahoma regions, where he continues to drive innovation and growth
