Chance Thompson

Chance joined Southwest Sales in January 2025 as a South Texas Lighting Territory Manager.  He graduated in 2008 with a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Tarleton State University.  With over twenty years of experience in the lighting industry in both the residential/commercial channels, he has held multiple positions with two lighting showrooms.  Throughout his career, Chance has cultivated a deep understanding of customer needs and has excelled in identifying opportunities for strategic partnerships.  He is committed to fostering these partnerships through active listening, clear communication, and a solution-oriented approach to challenges.
