Heather Tiso

As Director of Architectural and Design, Heather leads a team of exceptional salespeople focusing on Commercial and Residential Specifiers, Designers, Architects, Custom Builders and Showrooms.  Heather studied Design and Architecture at Texas Tech University before earning her degree in Home Furnishings Merchandising from the University of North Texas. She continued her postgraduate studies in Interior Architecture while beginning her career in sales with a decorative drapery hardware and window coverings manufacturer. She joined Southwest Sales in 2004 to focus on plumbing product brands to the trade, adding lighting brands in 2021. Heather has a passion for training customers and peers on new products, design trends and space planning. Her relationships and industry expertise have established her as a trusted resource for her trade partners. She is based in the Dallas, TX area.
